Huge thank you to Steve for the Salisbury plains weekend, we all had a great time and the boys have plenty to tell their friends with much exaggeration of course! This was first time off road for me, and given the handicap of my road tyres, one rescue (thanks to Paul) seems quite OK I think?? Any pi...

Re: oil in wheel drive

drained the rest of the axle drives today, oil poured out of one other filler plug, checked oil levels in the diff units, oil poured out of level plug on 2 units, same 2 as axle drives,so I am assuming it was an over fill problem.is this a correct assumption?

Re: oil in wheel drive

Hi Mike,
the way it poured out I think it must be a seal gone, I am going to have an other look @ it in the morning, would the excess oil come from the diff box ?,also if I keep the diff box full, without replacing seal, can I drive without doing any damage?

Regards

Intercooler

Hi Nigel, happy new year.
I have just been reading through thread, once intercooler installation is complete,do you refit the existing front cover or does it need to be modified? Mine is a P80 front, not sure if i like the larger covers.
Thanks,
Garymartin.
