PRICE DROP ON THE TROPHY TRUCK
Funny how life is sometimes, but now I'm in need of garage space more than cash. As such, The Trophy Truck is ready for a big price drop. Coming down to $32k or best realistic offer. Full post and photos were put up 12/10/2020, so all other info there. Good luck and thanks for looking! yaknowthatguy

Re: Custom Dash and instruments - CAD file available
it can; I believe it can support up to 4 individual thermocouples. I figured I'd start with one on cylinder #2, and see how things went from there.

Custom Dash and instruments - CAD file available
When I started the restoration work on the Trophy Truck, I wanted to make sure I took care of the rebuilt 2.7L that Jim LaGuardia worked on. To do this I wanted to have some sensors - oil temp, oil pressure, that sort of thing. I also wanted to keep with the style of the truck and respect the design...

SOLD The Trophy Truck is For Sale
The trophy truck is for sale. When it came up for sale some years ago, I was the fortunate winner of the bids to get the truck, and ultimately traded my blue 710 with matching trailer as part of the transaction. I’ve been working on the Trophy Truck a little at a time since then, and it’s been slow...

Re: engine thinks about starting, but not quite.
yeah, that's a good way to put it - seems like insufficient spark. You can hear it try to catch, but it won't quite do it. The truck had Pertronix install a while back, and has been driven with it, so my suspicion for distributor issue is low - but the fuel cutoff solenoids sound possible, and we'll...

engine thinks about starting, but not quite.
hello all. working on resurrecting my 712 and running into some trouble. Truck wants to start but won't quite get there. I can turn on power at the main, turn the ignition, and get power to dash and lights no problem. I press the starter button and the starter will engage, and the engine tries to st...

fuel gauge wiring
as with many things pinz, this project got delayed. I'd done some work on the dash, and had disconnected the fuel gauge from its wires. now that i'm back to work on the truck, I can't remember how it gets wired. Can someone tell me which fuel gauge wire goes to which terminal? or post a picture? I l...

FS: M101 trailer, great condition (Eaton, CO)
Up for sale is one M101 trailer, tan. I purchased at a military surplus sale, and then life got away from me... won't be able to get the projects all done, so better to let the trailer go and concentrate on the 712. I don't think this trailer was really ever used. Looks near new, and the tires still...

mounting up seats
How did you guys mount up your aftermarket seats?
I'm looking at my Freightliner seats, and trying to figure out the best way to do it. I sure dont want to drill into the doghouse, and that's not real structurally stable anyway.... so if anyone has suggestions, I'm all ears.
thanks guys!
