Re: Smart Car Seats

Yes, those are the Scheel Mann seats. Love 'em. I can't compare them to other- more affordable brands as they...

Re: Why did my Pinz have fuel delivery issues

As I recall, flushing out the gas tank and all it's baffles took the most time, yielded the most particulates and we then put some neodynium magnets int he tank to catch anything we couldn't see or flush-- and for future bad gas contamination possibilities. Re: Why did my Pinz have fuel delivery issues

After the EFI conversion, my 712 ran like a top... until one fill up at the wrong gas station.
I had a similar amount of metal debris problems in the filters. I won't forget poor Andre in a cold

Pinzgaur hats?

A few years ago, some one was selling camo pinzgaur hats. Does any one know if they are still available?
Thanks!

Re: 2.7 Liter Engine w/ Torque Cam?

The 2.7 with cam was a noticeable improvement.
Still started off in second gear even with the 710 transfer case in the 712.

Re: tool for brake shoe replacement

Morris: I used those Chinese NAPA brake pliers to remove the springs once before. I bent the first pair pretty easily, the second pair stood up better (maybe I was more careful the second time). The rivet that holds the two halves together popped off with the stress of the brake spring, and the long...

Re: 712M for sale.

Congratulations on the sale, and condolences as well. :D Thanks, Jimm. Yeah, it says "Sold." Certainly not: "Sold!" If only it were just a car, a boat or even a wife. Something I could learn to live without. But my Pinz ....... The new owner is understandably excited awaiting the delivery of t...
