Problem solved! it wasn't a vacuum leak after all (at least I don't think so). Just poor fuel \ timing numbers! Thanks for everyones help!

Hey guys I just had my mechanic go through and re-program my fuel system, the settings in it before didn't make any sense.... The timing went up, then down...then back up...then the same...down....up 2x... It was all very odd. Anyway, he messed with it and set it so that it drives much, much better ...

Not sure you have the issue you think. 85 kph is not 44mph. It's 52 mph and 3000 rpm is just right with a 32" tall tire. Hope that helps. You've misread. My speedo reads 85kph while I'm doing 44mph... I'd have no complaint if it was 52mph as it should be. So how many RPMS should I be at for ~6...
