Selling our 1971 710M. Well taken care of Pinzgauer. We just trailered it to Colorado for our annual off-roading vacation. Spent 5 days driving it all over the southern Colorado passes near Ouray with the whole family in it. It never skipped a beat. It has 5 Maxxis Bighorn tires, PinzSSI, No ripped ...

Crank pulley seal

I’ve searched this forum before I tackle replacing the pulley seal, and also have the manual from SAV. Removal looks fairly straightforward. My question is what is the best way to lock up the engine during reassembly to torque the pulley back on? Haven’t been able to find that answer anywhere. Thanks.

would you think holding on to a good solid pinzgauer, might possibly be a good investment years from now?

Re: new imports

ok so that would account for the value going up on these trucks..... seems like they are selling for more this year than the last few years.

new imports

Just out of curiosity, is the importing of Pinzgauers over? I have noticed that dealers dont advertise fresh from the swiss pinzgauers at all anymore. Have they been picked clean, or is it the current exchange rate? I really wish I could find a "fresh" import, but from what i see, that isn...

Re: buying a Pinz

Yes ive seen that pinz! I loved it when he posted it on his site. Its still on there, but says it sold. Honestly I would rather have one that doesnt have any major mods, other than simple ones like the ignition upgrade, and safety glass windshield. and I would even be ok without those. well maybe no...

Re: buying a Pinz

Do any of you guys have any experience with Cold War Remarketing? Ive spoke with him a few times, and seems like an honest pinz dealer. Denver isnt too far from me, here in Amarillo, so im considering him the most right now, unless i find a better deal.
