No rear flashers, no brake lights?

Where do I begin? Is this a known issue?

Re: rims and tires

You don't need to use tubes on the stock Pinz wheel.
But if ya pop a bead, they're nice to have

Re: MRAP 24 volt Warn winch

Looks great! Just wondering about airflow issues? I don't have a winch, but I think I'd do something similar but lower for the airflow and a straighter pull to the chassis. Does anyone have known cooling issues due to winch installation?

Re: RPMs at highway speeds?

Get cylinder head temp gauges and use them. I'd personally consider 3400 redline for continuous running and be much more comfortable at 3200. Jimm391730 running reliably for hours at greater than 4K is amazing though!

Re: Can the Clutch Slave cylinder be installed backwards?

Having multiple types, I've personally had much better success with the straight flute type, but they are not common to find.

Beautiful welds! I would put a clear powder coat on it just to show it off.

Re: Confused about timing now...

You can do it through the oil fill section of the cover. I keep a can of WD-40 to spray on the distributor in case I run through a bill puddle and she starts running rough. Works every time.
