Jake The Pinz is metric. The hole in the dash is exactly 60 mm in diameter and in previous years this was the standard size for several gauges. Some folks have installed Voltmeters to display the status of the onboard electricals, others have added a second fuel tank and use this hole for the corres...

As far as I can tell your design is based on a single laser cut part, that will be folded and tack welded in the following steps.
What is the material you intend to use ?

which alternator have you decided to use ?
I guess they have more or less standard housing sizes, so I could find a suitable one from eg. Bosch ....

This is a standard FTE brake hydraulics connector 4 times M12x1 connector type E.
If you have a M12x1 thread drill you can make it from a block of brass or Alu

as far as i know these threaded inlets were used to hold flags at parades;
thus it would not be wise to expect them to carry any load :-)

if you want to carry a roof rack, extend it to the points where the hinges for the windshield are mounted to the chassis.
