Hi Uli,
I reset thee warning valve after I fixed the first servo and before I bled the brakes. I must assume the second servo is kaputt.
Danke!

Re: Where does my brake fluid go?
Hallo, Vielen dank fuer alle Ratschlaege!!! Aber jetzt auf Englisch weiter, ... I was able to repair the upper brake servo with the repair kit from Tatanka. I did not touch the lower servo, as it was still doing OK. Bled the brakes, and it was all running fine. The left reservoir is connected to the...

Re: Where does my brake fluid go?
Ok, I removed the upper brake booster, and it was full of brake fluid. Is it safe to assume that, given only one brake reservoir is drained empty, the other brake booster should be fine? Also, the vacuum membrane looks good, but obviously there's fluid all over, so the shaft, or piston that is fille...

Re: Where does my brake fluid go?
Thank you! I thought the same thing, but then a local TGB guy told me he is sure it is the master cylinder. The interesting thing is that only the left reservoir is empty. Does that mean only one brake servo is damaged? What am I looking for when taking the servo out? Where could it cross contaminat...

Where does my brake fluid go?
Hello, I may need some help here. I have been topping off the left brake fluid reservoir a few times now as it shows empty after parking the TGB11 for a few weeks in the garage, not even driving it. There is no leak visible anywhere. Today, I topped it off again, and pumped the brake pedal it showed...

How to reconnect a hose to a windshield washer nozzle
Hello, It seems that the hose connected to the passenger side windshield washer nozzle came off inside the truck, right where it connects to the nozzle. Does anyone have a suggestion how to reconnect it, as I can't really find any good access to it. I have not tried to pop the nozzle out, as I'd rat...

Re: Volvo TGB11 Drivebelt Change
I though the tensioner is the top mounting screw of the alternator, which is screwed through a sliding bracket. Having loosened that screw, and the bottom one, I was able to tilt the alternator inwards, but it was not enough to get the belts on. And even if I would have gotten them on, it all looks ...

Volvo TGB11 Drivebelt Change
Ok, Both of my drivebelts disintegrated after I made a hard stop for a red light. Grinding sound, screeching sound, instant hot temp, and white smoke. I thought I had the correct gates belts, and I still think I have, but when looking for directions on www.c303.de for service manuals, I could not fi...

Re: Front axle not engaged?
It should have nothing to do with the front axle engagement. There is a brake sensor that needs to be reset. I had to deal with that after I bled the brakes to exchange the axle boots. Forgot exactly where it is located, but there are good diagrams on www.c303.de. It will extinguish the brakes light.

Speedometer
Hello, The speedometer on my TGB11 worked just fine, until I drove for a while on a pretty rutted road. The vibrations must have loosened a magnet inside the speedometer (according to Tatanka). Now it is showing speeds much faster than actual. I removed the speedometer and thought i could open it up...
