Mine put out black smoke I adjusted the screw, from your picture on the far left, turn it out if possible. I reduces the spring tension on the diaphragm. Mine went from black to clean, but my screw was all the way in?? That way when I bought the Rig.

According to the post I have found, the wheel bolt pattern is 5X160mm But when I measure my bolt pattern from center of stud 1 to stud 3 it seam to measure 155mm, not 160. What am I doing wrong?

I built mine as well, got tired of the leak.
I used exhaust flex hose, solid metal coil, runs allot quieter now.

What technique or method do you use to adjust the brakes, both front and rear??

Anyone else thinking about taking the Rubicon Trail trip ??

It smokes through the exhaust pipe, but the smoke can then enter.
It should not smoke that much.

My heater smokes quit a bit, can someone tell me how to adjust the fuel amount or where it should be set at?
Thought I would ask before I start playing with it.

I have an over head 23' with a 460ci, does just fine. Sleeps 6 on beds. I live near Hemet and have towed to Utah, Las Vegas, borrego time and time again. The only time I had an issue was going to Utah's off road area, as it was one hell of a grade, 10% and at 7,500 foot elevation is where I started ...
