Re: Engine bogging

That was easier than I had anticipated.
Got it all back together and it runs great again.

New fuel filter is all that it took.

Re: Engine bogging

You might want to search for "red death", as some call it. The lining of the tank can delaminate and go into the fuel lines. It can be repaired. It hasn't happened to me, so I can't offer advice. There were a few flakes of the coating, but hopefully that was just from being stirred up fro...

Re: Engine bogging

Carbs are tight. Air filter didn't look bad but I believe it's fairly old since it's a FRAM CA3015 which apparently doesn't exist any longer. Ordered a new one for it. Driving with parking brake engaged

I slipped up the other day and didn't get the parking brake fully disengaged. (710M) It must have built a little heat and started grabbing harder as it started to bog down and brought it to a stop a couple miles down the road. I realized after a minute on the side of the road that the lever was stil...

Re: Pinz owner unable to sign up/register on site

I'm in, Thanks!

Long story short I lucked into a Pinz and couldn't pass it up.
Didn't know anything about it so I've needed this forum for a little knowledge resource a few times already...

It will be heading out to KOH if you're attending and want to chat....
