WANTED: Roof Hatch for K model
Does anyone have a K parts truck with a roof hatch. I know I can get one new but too expensive for the modification I want to do. Hatch doesn’t need to be in great shape.

Where to mount onboard air compressor?
I’m getting ready to install an onboard air system and wondering where folks have mounted an onboard air compressor? Photos would be super.
Thanks
Thanks

Improve front seat mounting
The little pins that engage the passenger front seat mounting points are broken off my frame. I'm wondering if anyone has tried to improve the front mounting of the seat frame? Looking for ideas that might be better than just welding new pins on the frame.

Re: Custom Dash and instruments - CAD file available
Nice build. Does your gauge support more than one cylinder head temp input?

Any tricks for removing rub rails?
Prepping my 712K for painting, actually Plastidiping. Started unscrewing my rub rails and about half of them are just spinning. What are some methods I should try to remove them?

Re: Headlights not working on Austrian 712K
Just to finish this off. I put everything back as it was since I was headed out on a three day run and wasn’t expecting to need headlights. When everything was back in place the headlights worked. Hi and low beam all good. Maybe something was loose and is now tight. Thanks for all the wisdom shared....

Re: Headlights not working on Austrian 712K
With the switch turned on I only get power to 81a and 15. I can’t hear the relay change with the switch on the steering wheel. Know of any source for the relay other than SAV? $82 seems like a lot for this especially if it turns out to be something else.
Thanks
Thanks

Re: Headlights not working on Austrian 712K
#15 has power. Anything else I should check before tearing apart the dash?
Best way to get there? Remove the whole panel or try to just remove the switch?
Thanks,
Jake

Re: Headlights not working on Austrian 712K
You may have missed it in my last post, but #56 does not have power even with the switch on. Isn't that my problem? I can check the power to #15.
Thanks,
Jake

Re: Headlights not working on Austrian 712K
Turns out the relay is the second device with the black plastic bottom. I have power at #81a (red wire). I do not at #56 (White & Black wire) with lights switch on. I do get the running lights at both the first and second detents on the light switch. IMG_8268.jpg According to my wiring diagram, ...

Re: Headlights not working on Austrian 712K
So on my truck it looks like this is a bit more difficult to access. Not sure what this cylinder in but not the relay you pointed out. E5F7DB6D-E397-41B3-81D3-84D1C3EE1FF6.jpeg There are two components behind the panel. I think this one is the relay. Would you agree? B4D47BB2-C898-4A82-A98E-BD0A5ADC...

Paul,
Thanks. The picture helps a lot. How would I go about testing the relay?
Cheers,
Jake

Re: Headlights not working on Austrian 712K
Thanks Ron. Neither headlight works in low or hi. No power at the fuses for the headlights so I was going back to the light switch relay (#24 below). Can someone tell me what that looks like or where exactly I find it? Also, what is the "Multiple Switch for Turn Signal and Head Lamps" (#25...
