Problem solved! Pushrod was way too rusty. I swapped it with the front diff assembly and like magic, the front stopped working and the rear worked beautifully

No throwing money needlessly. I love when diagnosis go well!

Well once I get this rear diff (and tires) squared away, I will be making a trip to get a bumper from you. So eventually we will be forced to meet up haha

Alright, so the rear locker is FULL of fresh fluid. I bled the system till clean and nothing changed. My elbows and T's are dry rotting. I noticed that when I was swapping bulbs. I found the part on SAV, but not the clamp. Does the clamp come with it?

Jimm, That's what it seems like. I got back there, removed the slave cylinder and pushed the rod by hand (with a 2x4 actually) and got it flush with the housing but it still wasn't locking the rear wheels. So I have new intel... I went offroad in to some light mud. All lockers off it spun one rear wheel. Rear locker engaged, BAD grinding noise when attempting to roll. Here is the funny part... So the rear locker is not engaging. I got it off the ground and I can't do anything to make it engage. I pulled the sensor and it works fine. I pulled the SC and I can move everything by hand. First off, is the locker locking? Raise the rear of the truck and flip the 3rd switch. Then see what happens when your rotate one tire. For a 710 with 22000km, what's the likelyhood that a rear diff lock took a dump vs the switch? I get to speculate for the next couple of hours till I go home haha
