Re: Would You Purchase A Brand New Air Cooled Pinz?

I think you'd have to go the full fuel injection, closed loop cat etc as I'm sure most countries have strict emission controls on new vehicles.... fantasized about squeezing a Cummins crate motor in mine 🤔😍

Re: Smart Car Seats

How much do they raise the seating position? I have to kind of slouch down to see under the windshield header at stop lights, etc. I would love to have some modern seats, but can’t afford to sit any higher... Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk Pro I don’t think mine make you sit any higher than stock...

Re: KLUGEWERKS Disc Brake Conversion Kit Updates

Yeah I'm using mine with some high pressure PTFE paste at the moment, I've found some adapters on amazon that look like they will do the job, I'll let you know if they work!

Re: Loading a Pinzgauer

I think that the diagram is from a British made, ATL 718K might have something to do ...

Re: Loading a Pinzgauer

There is a BIG difference between hauling a Pinz on a rollback flatbed and on a trailer and using axle or tire straps.  Both leave the suspension uncompressed and able to move up and down unrestricted with road condition.  A rollback truck weighs a minimum of 11,000 lbs or more, and the momentum of...
