I have a 712M which I'm in the process of restoring and then adding a few creature comforts to. I'd appreciate any ideas on what works (or doesn't).
Thanks in advance!

Re: Windscreen wiper motor
Thanks, I'm in the UK. Just had a thought; if I 'changed' the voltage (24-12v) that the wiper motor had access to I could potentially use a similarly sized motor, right?

Windscreen wiper motor
I think mine is finished and need to obtain a new (or used) one. Are there generic ones you can buy or do we need to specifically buy one made for the pinz?
Thanks in advance.

Re: Full service time
This one is considerably cheaper than what I've been looking at. Is this like a general all rounder?Joeri wrote:They use HD30 motor oil....

Re: Full service time
Hi SNP, Are you in Scotland by any chance (judging from your username... )? For engine oil, the manual states 6.5 liter of 10W30. For our vintage of petrol engines, I would go for some specialist zinc-rich classic car oil. Millers OIls (UK-made) have their "Pistoneeze" range whi...

Full service time
Hi all, I've been scouring the internetwork looking for parts for an upcoming service but I'm struggling to find definitive information. I have a petrol 6x6 and need to change out all my filters plus oil. Can someone point me in the direction of what filters/oil I should be getting and where to buy....

Pinzgauer LED light upgrades
Hi, I'm interested in switching out all my lights for LEDs. Does anyone know which ones would be the best to go for in the UK.
Thanks in advance.

Thanks, but I'm looking for someone in or around London. I already have someone up north.

Steering box
Evening all, just had an MOT failure for 'too much play in steering box' and was wondering if there's anyone that can be recommended in London to work on these beasts?
Thanks.

Re: Locking wheel nuts
Thanks for the heads up. This will be only for wheel locking nuts. Can you confirm the 911 locking nuts may 'possibly' work?
