My Pinz (710M) is registered in Luxembourg as utility truck for 9 people. Yes, only 7 in the rear, not due to technical restrictions, but for legal restrictions concerning the driving license. In fact here in Luxembourg, and I suppose it's the same in most countrys of the UE, the normal Class B lice...

Also check the connections of the ballast-resistor(that round thingy under the dash that normally gets quite warm) as well as the resistor itself. Infact in normal operation, starter button released, the voltage drops from 24V down to approx 18 V by passing trough this resistor. Hope this helps.

Also check the timing. I once had the advance mechanism blocked by corrosion, and it did the same thing iddling to fast and wouldn't switch off. Best luck.
