My 710M has problems with starting after a few days idle. On the first attempt the engine runs 2 or 3 secs and stops and then it takes several other attempts before the engine starts again. I still have the foam inside the air tunnel. It's fixed with steel clips. Is it not better to remove it ? Afraid there is rust building up underneath. What is the purpose of this foam? And how did you fix the bad ground ? I tried a ground wire directly from the sender to the gauge but doesn't work. When I connect the ground wire that comes from the speedo it shows more or lesse correct reading but when i turn on the headlight the meter shows more fuel in the tank.... Verstuurd van...
