Re: Hooked up Battery wrong

I can't thank you enough for replying so quick. I really appreciate anyone willing to help debug situations with these vehicles. So, in my haste to hook everything up after being down for a few months, I failed to hook up the master battery switch ground. That probably saved me from any serious issu...

Hooked up Battery wrong

Yes. All kinds of excuses but it is what it is. So, doing a lot of work de-rusting my 710. It's been a couple months since it's been started etc. I've had the batteries on trickle charge and are healthy. Putting stuff back together and briefly connected a swapped neg/positive position. Now I have no...

Re: Removing window on 710

I saw those drains, yes. I'll have to replace one side of tubing as it is absent. Does that just shimmy to the bottom of the door through that mid-hole in the door? It doesn't sit on any bottom fitting does it? I see the exit hole but haven't separated the two halves of the door.

Thankyou Chicken Pinz......I did find some stuff. It's a tad thicker than the original but should work.

Re: Exhaust Pipe Flex

Ok, thanks Paul. It seems thinner than 1/8 of an inch thick, but I guess it's just been compressed for so long.

Re: Exhaust Pipe Flex

Thank you, I have my truck broke into a 100 pieces right now. It's in good shape with minimal rust, but I'm mitigating what I find. I just replaces the two side panels in the cargo area through SAV surplus. I noticed there is some really thin rubber lining between the panels. Any info on that or sou...

Exhaust Pipe Flex

Got one of these stainless steel exhaust pipe flex kits from SAV. Just wondering if anyone else had this rig and if you painted it? It looks great now lol, just wondering how long it will look good in its original form or maybe I should put some high temp paint on there before I install it. FYI, get...
