Re: Mudflap reflective decals

I did get a pair from Italian ebay, havent put them on yet. They are the original type made by 3M w/ instruction sheet. Can post some dimensions & images this weekend when I get home. Like these for visibility at night when parked on streets.

Re: Mudflap reflective decals

Jan, Thank you for the correct product information. Found a pair on Italian eBay & a company in Germany (not sure if they ship to US?). As you said could also purchase the 3M reflective tape & make them.

Mudflap reflective decals

Back in 04 after purchasing my truck had purchased a set of reflective mudflap decals that someone on the forums had sold. Was thinking its time to replace them can't remember who sold them? Anybody know if they are still available?

My K already had a rectangular Wink mirror in it when purchased. Works well just right size to see over spare tire. Visors don't interfere either.

Any photos or link for the factory set up Alan? Not having to rent or store a trailer sounds great to me. I do have a tow hitch extension on my truck when using my camper though?

Thanks

Have had better luck renting trailers from equipment yards. The trailer I'm normally using is for heavier equipment with bigger diameter tires (great for offroad as well). It is probably double the fee of Uhaul though. Last trip to Pismo was pretty scary dodging all the quads  http://img23.im...

It was tougher getting everything lined up to fit prior to welding than final install. I spent allot of time making sure the tubes slid together with no binding or interference for ease of installation. Welded them up on a Saturday at work. Took care also in fixturing everything to keep alignment ma...
