Eric,

It would be easier to quit getting stuck in the snow!
I quit drinking everynight before I go to bed.   8)

Sorry, I forgot about updating my old post on the straps.
It has been over 1 1/2 years and they are holding up great!
There is no evidence of weathering or rips (my pinzes live outside all the time--mud, snow, rain, cow poop, etc.). I would recommend the straps.

Erik,
I haven't had any trouble with these springs. They were very stiff for a while, but have softened up just right. I got them from SAV.

Re: springs ?

Sorry about the hijack! Yes, you do need new springs. Mine were almost touching--I carry a lot of weight.

Miles, You need to get your bottom strap lined straight up or it will rip out of the side. I ruined a brand new strap because I didn't have it on right. http://i101.photobucket.com/albums/m53/springhill_01/271482d8.jpg Haven't broken one of these! http://i101.photobucket.com/albums/m53/springhill_01...

Thanks Mike, I figured that was the case. I didn't mess with it much and decided to ask for advice. The new axle won't be here untill the end of the week. We'll run into each other one of these days! I won't be leaving NM anytime soon as we are in a pretty serious drought. I hoping for some rain soo...

Broken Axle - Question

Ok, I finally had time to remove the rear broken axle on the 710. My problem is how to get the axle out of the drive housing. The repair manual doesn't say anything about removing the actual axle, so I assumed it would just pull out? I hate to take the drive housing apart unless I have to. All you g...

Shawn turned out real nice. Like the front bumper. can't quite figure out the rear can you explain the use. Erik, That is a winch operated lift for deer hunting. Saves wear and tear on the back when loading plus it is a good hanger for cleaning the deer. Shawn, Way too nice a pinz for hunting.....l...
