A cage built for the pinz and added a winch
This was quit a bit of work, but happy with it. Now we can sit on top and watch the races, plus load all the gear we want.

Re: How difficult and expensive is it to paint your Pinz bod
I painted my 710K in my yard, cost me about $250 with sandpaper and being I had to buy a sprayer.
Turned out real nice, just can't seam to load pictures of it now??
Look up: Fresh coat of Paint on Pinz
It will show pics of it. However it was some work do, but cost was nothing really.

Re: Good bye propane... hello gasoline...
I have converted my small engines to run on Propane, Chipper Shredder, Generator and such. Only cost about $8. to due each engine. I love it as they are MUCH cheaper to run now.
Not sure about my car propane much more involved as the RPMs varies up and down all the time.

What is the guy asking or looking to get for it?
My friend has one he built, but without all the stuff attached to the outside, not sure what he is selling it for?

Re: Will not run at an idel
None of them clicked, however the breaker was not popped as the Horn worked fine. Ran a hot wire to the cylinoids and they all clicked once again, so back tracked them to the Electrical connector, when disconnecting it, WAMO, they clicked on. The issue was just a dirty connection were the wire harne...

Will not run at an idel
Lately the Pinz stopped idling, it runs when the driving but stops running when ever I let off the gas. One thing I notice upon inspection is the four elec. things at the bottom of the carbs- two on each carb, they do not "click" when the wire is removed and re-connected. I know they did b...

Re: Brake Lights Not Working
Make sure the light switch is in driving mode and not military mode. I say this because my lights did not work until Edzz showed me the light switch was in military mode when I bought it. Second I would check the bulbs for a bad ground at the lights, mine were not working some times, after wiggling ...

Well if you have a VW STAY THE HELL away from Dave's VW in Hemet, he promised to rebuild my VW Engine in a month for my 66 Split Window Bus, over 4 1/2 months later he finally finished- so he said- it was gushing out oil before I even got it home 15 miles away.

Re: Defenders being seized
Just goes to show how shitty our Gov. has become. If the cars were stolen that's one thing, but they were not, so what difference does it make were a car came from?
Just more BS by our Gov. as the Politicians were not bribed or paid off, so they say NO DEAL.

Re: Heater question on run time
Sorry for the misunderstanding on the watts
But thank you, that was the answer I was looking for. As I have new Batteries a 5 to 6 hrs run time should be safe.
I was thinking about going off-roading up in Big Bear and staying up there, this is the reason for my question.

Re: Heater question on run time
50 watts down to 3 watts, that's a huge difference. I was hoping someone knew the basic run time in hours from past experiences. I guess its down to testing it, run it for 3 hrs, and try to start the car, then 4 hrs and so on. I was informed I should run it for a long period of time just to clean it...
