Re: this should explain a little of the noise heard in a pin
Both front and rear U-Joints should be in the same position.
If you put a level across on the face of one of the caps and it reads or is at 90 degrees, the other one should also be at 90 degrees.
Look up phasing a drive-shaft on you tube if you don't know what I mean.

Heater question on run time
We all know the Pinz was designed for the cold weather, with that being said.
Does anyone know how long or how many hours you can run the BN4 heater for before it runs the batteries dead or to low to start the engine?
Can it be ran all night?

Re: Fresh coat of Paint on the Pinz
The paint was sent via a friend from Europe, the original green, but the wife and I really did not like the color, so I had some black added to it, as she and I both liked a darker green. Now she wants the inside painted :( When I cleaned the rub rails they were perfect and the wood looked to nice t...

Re: G Wagons for sale
Yes I know him, they are stored in my yard.
As far as pricing it would depend on which one, this is why I put his phone number, so if anyone is interested they can call and get more pics and pricing.

Re: Licensing a Pinz in Florida
Any State is better than the POS I live in whice is California, the DMV here sucks beyond any State.
Took me a long time to register mine and it came from and was allready registered here in POS Ca.

Best off road GPS
Does anyone know the best GPS for off road? I have been told some have the dirt roads and off road trails already on them, does anyone know which one is best? The people at my local Best Buy did not have a clue. Also, what is a good communication device in case of trouble or to talk with others? I d...

Re: Cleaning out fuel tank
My Pinz did the same thing, paint coming off and clogging the fuel filter, I water blasted the hell out of it. My tank has the drain plug on the bottom to drain the water. Followed it up by blasting air into the tank with a leaf blower to dry tank before rusting. Cleaned out everything I could, no p...

Read the story in the news, so our Gov. wants to sell us a car we CANNOT use, good only if trailer-ed to an off road site.
Sounds like our Gov.

Re: Starter allen wrench size?
Problem solved, put on my old man 2.50 magnifier glasses and found the wrench in my 6mm slot of my kit was not a 6mm, don't know how, or who did this, as many have access to my garage as I have a underground lift in it, my kids and friends use my garage and tools. It looked identical to the others b...

Starter allen wrench size?
A 6mm is to big, a 5.5 is to small, never heard of a 5.75 and though I have a hundred allen wrenches, not one seams to fit properly?
