Well I got the 5-gas analyzer work'n @ the shop and after I dial'd in the motor this is what I got. I read the workshop manual and it said to try and get 2-4% on the CO. I am @ 1.14% on the CO and 1.30 on the O2 and 100 particles per. I thought rule of thumb was to get the CO/O2 close to one another...

I was getting random solenoids(on/off). Found that the blower was hanging-up and popping the breaker...sometimes! It would kill the power to the solenoids without blowing the breaker on occasion. Free'd up the blower and guess what...solenoids work all the time now! I love the "Fix-it" ide...

Can you over-tighten the t-box cable linkage? I have abit of slop in the input flange of the t-box where the driveshaft bolts on. So what ya'll are saying is that the #'s on the sync meter don't really matter as long as you can get the carbs the same on the meter? Why we're on it...would you sync the carbs 1st and then mess with the mixture screws 2nd in order to get the rpms that you want?
