Re: Intrument Panel Indicators

Here is what I came up with. I decided to just use the standard indicator cutout for now and might change it up again in the future.

Re: Fullly restored Pinzgauers?

I talked to them and this is what they said.. "Thanks so much for your email and interest in Spyderlock Wheels. We do have it listed on the website, however we need to remove it. Technically the wheel will fit but upon further examination we have discovered multiple issues with clearance, brake...

Re: Best Companies for Pinzgauer Insurance

Haggerty is great unless you want to actually use the vehicle. It must be stored inside and not used offroad in order for them to insure it.. whats the point of having a Pinz..

Intrument Panel Indicators

Would anyone else be interested in something like this? http://www.newvintageusa.com/images/91017-01.jpg I am going to do something along these lines but for just me I probably will not worry about making it fit the stock dash plate but if others are interested then we might consider a group buy. We...

Re: Fullly restored Pinzgauers?

Do they sell them for the Pinz?

So far the only wheels I have found are Cepek at over $500 a wheel or Spyderlock who does not answer phone or E-mails.

Re: Safety Laminated glass

There are many threads about it but if it should say Lami if it is. Also if it has dimples on one end then it is not. Or you can pull back the weatherstrip and look to see if it is layered or not.

Re: Easiest way to work on dash wiring??

I removed the kneepad which definitely helped. I also tried to lift the panel up but hit the steering wheel so I might try removing that next.

Can anyone explain how the funky fasters around the outside are supposed to work? Mine just pulled straight out.

Easiest way to work on dash wiring??

Is there a easy way to get to the gauge wires, etc or does everyone just do a contortionist act to get to them?
