Headlight Seal Cord
Okay, I can't find any reference to it here on the forum but someone probably has found just the right product to use as the foam/rubber seal in the headlight trim ring. $35 for the real thing at SAV. Will the right diameter EPDM cord stock from McMaster work?
Thanks in advance...

Window channel adhesive advice
I'm about to install new window channel in the doors along with new glass from Dave D. Any recommendations for the adhesive to use? I was thinking of my old standby, 3M Weatherstrip Adhesive, but wasn't sure it was best for this use. Thanks for any and all ideas.

Here's a photo from EI's website: http://popcdn.zoovy.lg1.simplecdn.net/i ... 090055.jpg
It's about 2.5" in diameter and is mounted to the front body behind the dash, just above the clutch fluid reservoir.

I hope this doesn't sound too obvious but did you jumper the plug from the back side of it and then connect it back into the module? That shouldn't be done. It has to be left disconnected. I don't really understand how your 4500 light is flashing if the module is disconnected but then I'm definitely...

If a wiring schematic would help and you don't have one, I have one here: http://www.milkrunfarm.com/sitebuilderc ... iclgnd.pdf

Brake question
Would a leak in the hose from the intake manifold to the brake booster have any effect on the travel of the brake pedal? Or could the plastic valve in that hose be a problem? We've bled the brakes 3 times and on first brake application the pedal still sinks way down but then is fine after that. Brak...
