The outer skin is 040 aluminum. under the 040 at the corners is 16ga sheet metal to help keep the corners from distorting. The inside is 030 aluminum left unpainted for light reflection. The reflection plus the third window really make it light in the back. The foam is sandwiched in between the two ...

I am also using the CRX seats. I have found that you need to look for seats with 4" of seat height and no more than 19" wide to fit the Pinz. There are a lot of seats that fit this criteria. The honda prelude, mazda rx7, most of the honda civic line. In the searches I did the only seats I ...

I have on e of Patrick CWR armored tanks and it is more like 32 gallons. It gives me almost 4 " more ground clearance at the tank and now I don't have to worry about the tank lining anymore. I had already made contact with my tank and was fearing the flaking problems. CWR's tank comes with a ne...

Miles My top is insulated with 3/4 foam and skinned inside and out. I would not call it structural although it does tie all the "roll bars" together in the same fashion the original canvas top did. I used 3 cross bows instead of two as the factory used for the canvas. I did not want any di...

I prefer tractor supply places. CAT lights at any large equipment place will have a great selection of styles, most in black housings and in 24V. The lenses come in all varieties from spot to flood and combinations thereof. Here is one that I like http://www.cat.com/cda/components/fullArticle?m=8210...

Iwanapinz I have flexed my truck up pretty hard and never hit the stock Swiss shovel. I am running Trxus 285/75 on the widened rims. I carry a full size fiberglass shovel now and have hit it a few times because it does not have that strange hard angle of the original one. If you plan on keeping the ...

This is another one of the choices we all need to make at one time or another. I would hope that for the few dollars difference between a local muffler shop and our loyal Pinz parts suppliers, you would choose the Pinz suppliers. They have spent the time to put together these and other parts so that...

I have a ton of stuff from CWR and am very happy with all of it. The directions for install and the quality have been very good. I just could not tell you if Patrick was offering an electronic kit at the time or not. Scott at EI has been very helpfull when I needed to get parts from him. I guess the...

Yes I got the complete set up. The only difference I can see between the two are the plugs and wires. I am not even going to compare these as that would be like comparing ford and chevy. Too many sides not enough answers. I got mine from Scott as he had one in stock at the time I needed it. The dire...

I got mine for Scott at EI and save for the coil going out once have had no problems with it. I have the complete civilian conversion. This makes it nice when time to change the dist cap and rotor but I do have a water infiltration problem in deeper water crossings or when going fast through lots of...

but taking the significant other along has one major advantage not spoken of yet. Some one has to get out and take the pics. If you notice any of the pics of mine doing stuff, itis usually not my wife sitting in the passenger seat. She makes one of the kids sit there and she takes the pics/vids.

If you can get the actuator then a good lift system would be out of a tent trailer. The older Starcrafts sell for $150 to $500 depending on condition. If you look you should be able to find one that has a sink, fresh water tank, pump, grey water system and tables. Canabalize the lift system and mayb...
