I've been doing some soul searching. I absolutely love these trucks,will keep all posted.

Both are 4spd w/crawler, ,I have rear seats for one, both swiss..have all original seats,wheels,etc.. Both are great running machines.

We've all been there,life changes. Very good trucks,one is a '62 and the other is a '68. Both run awesome! $21k for the pair

it's a curved square. should be easily duplicated by any good fab shop.. Originality is not a big issue with these trucks, as MANY have been chopped up for the awesome axles!

My truck is not an alu-zinc body,but was in quite good shape. Rust free is easy to keep that way.

Your location? could make a big diff,as I am in AZ.

Add a couple throttle linkage ends, cheap and difficult to find a replacement at times.

Take it apart and clean and readjust the contact,lube with silicone grease.

I have no issues now but could you supply a part# and maybe a diagram? BTW congrats on your purchase(s),they are a lot of fun!

I know that truck! Painted it, installed Tim's rub rails and bumper and built the rack. I was wondering where it went....

There was also a Haffy,but couldn't play with the big boys! Long road time(for a Haf)!

Your patience is nothing short of amazing! Glad the ticker is doing its job. As for your Puppy,love them,play with them but NEVER trust them unattended!
