T-Lo (Thilo Kass) used to make these and had a website mogsrus.com. I bought a number of very nice products from him in the past. I believe he is now retired and no longer offers custom fab work. He was located in Prescott, AZ and operated Prescott Backcountry Tours for a while.

I'm in Wisconsin and no problems registering but you need to be careful with brand and body style declarations.
I've registered 5 710M's here over the years.

I suggest checking with Andre at FAT Fabrications. He may have a good used one available.
