I don't use mine because it is being fixed and has no diffs, steering, brakes, exhaust, seats, wiring, gauges, propshafts, etc...

This product still requires a CV boot though...

On the Volvo axle the CV runs wet (in oil), as do the bearings and gears in the portal box. The boot seperates this environment from the outside wet and muddy world.

Sadly not the holy grail...

Hello again Gary, Suffice to say that reversing the pitman arm corrects the steering direction. I had been through this a number of times in my head, but it wasn't until I had all the parts in place that I was 100% sure. Steering box is from a RHD Land Rover Discovery, turned through 180degrees so the input shaft now faces forward, and with the pitman arm also turned through 180degress to correct the steering direction. Main work recently has been the steering changes to allow for power steering, but also to reduce the number of turns lock to lock and free up some footwell space.
