Hey Gecko. Nice toys for the truck. You're running 24volt and 12volt, but how are you planning on doing this? Twin alternators or Dc to DC convertor, or something else?

I have 3 sets of the high ratio (read 4x4 ratio) for my TGB13 6x6 sitting on the floor in my lounge (where else would you store them). Whilst not fitted, the quality looks excellent and Jez is extremely helpful and regularly kept me up to date on progress of my order. Will happily deal with him agai...

I gather that this is not typical and therefore something I can fix.
I took the rear prop shaft off and ran it with only the front rear axle driven, and the noise goes away.
Guess the PTO should be the next investigation.

Trying to acertain if the noise from my 6x6 is typical or needs help. I find when accelerating "on throttle" the rear axles are quiet (it's relative!), and when decelerating "off throttle the rear axles are quiet, but when holding a neutral throttle there is a terrible growl from the ...
