You are right, I need to speed it up a little. Warm idle is around 600.

I mounted the PinzFDS right on top of the engine. I have had this for 7 years without any temperature related problems. The pressure is set at 3.25 PSI.

I have both PinzFDS and PinzSSI, so I get practically instant starts after sitting a long time. Both carbs are fairly new, also. It's a matter of choice, this is good and so is the new mechanical. You are limited to 4 model years in California, 1971 through 1974. I would go through a 3rd party registration instead of DMV, simply due to the fact that you won't be dealing directly with a State government employee. I don't want to start a rant about State employees, so I'll leave it at that.

Can't find 'em, grind 'em!

I dropped the ball by sending a 100 PSI pressure gauge. I thought it was a 7 PSI gauge, when actually I was reading the BAR scale. It is indeed the wrong gauge, so now I am stuck with 4-100 PSA gauges. If someone wants all 4, make me an offer.
