Long drive and knuckle seals are leaking

I did a long drive (8 hours) and i see the front knuckle seals are leaking. I had originally thought it was the brakes, but nope, Jim L is correct javascript:emoticon(':P') How difficult is the repair? Can i apply lube and hope for the best?

Squishy brakes and I see break fluid dripping

Brake fluid is leaking out of the drivers side joint. forgive me for not knowing the term, but it's leaking out of the shiny part of the wheel hub. Any clue what's needed? Do I need to completely repack this thing with grease now?

pictures and tips on installing new front seats?

I've read a few posts of swapping out the front seats. I'm curious how people have mated the traditional rails to the new seats. Is this something a shade tree mechanic can do or does it require some welding?
