Brian, Were you able to compress the linex enough between the panel and the body to prevent the exterior elements from entering the inside?

Miles, probably is but I have greased mine twice.

Never riden in a 6*6 Volvo. Have a couple of times in a rust bucket 4*4. The 303 reminded me of the old town cars. as it seemed we were at sea as we drove down the high way. Does the 6*6 have the same suspension setup?

Also wouldn't rule out bad rings. Crank case pressure got to go some were.

Zero on cylinder four. Only way for that to be possible is piston didn't move.

Sounds like air filter is dirty and you sucked oil down the carbs. Clean plugs. Change filter should start.

I had progressive for a while until an audit. They go as far as putting on there website they don't insure pinzgauers.

If it's foaming. Switch oil high foam oils will ruin the seals. Builds up to much pressure when filled correctly and appears full when really not.

Why on earth would you even bother? The Pinz engine is awesome. The ability to drive highway speeds and still maintain the off road ability comes to mind. That being said the less to fail of the air-cooled engine is pretty nice. Not sure you're going to fit a turbo under the engine cover. Sdp artic...

I beleive T-Lo has been selling a Magnaflow bolt on kit for awhile now? Could be wrong but he has it listed on his website.
