Gecko - How did you do the disc conversion? Did you modify the hubs yourself? Could you give some more details please?
And did i see an non-original steering wheel in one of those photos?

For the record, it seems to be 13/16" 36 spline.

If anyone needs one...

I want to replace the steering wheel with a smaller diameter unit (Momo etc) as i have power steering.
Does anyone know definitively which boss/adaptor size/pattern i need?

I know its a while since you post, maybe you solved it. But i have this info somewhere.
I traced all of the wiring, made my own pin outs of all of the connectors. I have also bypassed the BOL switch in a way that it would be put back. WIll try to dig the info out.

This is the famous C303 that probably convinced me to buy one. As featured here http://www.fourwheeler.com/project-vehicles/131-0904-volvo-valpen-tgb-111a-1975/ If i didnt already have mine on the way to being like this one, i'd buy it. (But yes dont get the hub change without giving it disc brakes)

Can use brembo and mercedes 5x112 wheels, or original wheels with smaller calipers.

Mine was fitted with a Saginaw system by the previous owner. Works well.

Are you sure it says 'aux' and not 'auto'?
It should be the auto lights, i.e. they come on with the ignition. it overrides the manual switch.
