If my life depended on them, I would buy the military set up. My life doesn't so I am runing the civilian set as it is cheaper. Early on I had some water problem with the civilian, and I still have a little noise on the radio. Not a problem. As a side note the military plugs (good Bosch ones from Ge...

Hi Mike, Here at the ski area we have some lifts with the Tirfor winches for moving the terminal, and one has an identical JET brand winch. I've been told it has been there since the mid 90's and works as well as the the Tirfor, now gotta see if I can get one thru the ski area. Maybe see you at Tref...

Ok, put a bucket under the fuel tank and remove the drain plug in the bottom. Let the fuel drain out. Usually most of the debris will be on top of or very near the drain plug. A hook or needle nose pliers or finger will usually get it out. It is not the end of the world yet. Worst case a few years a...

Andy and Anthony you have missed the point. I read a quote the other day. The really intelligent man holds the same beliefs and opinions as yourself. That made Dennis very unintelligent in several people minds. Not working for him on a daily basis, I have begun to miss the Dennisisms. You see he is ...

Have no data sheet for the plastic pipe. Has been on summer and winter now. I tend to push shifts in the mountains at max posted speeds on the console. Up and Down shifts at max speed for power in the mountains. I also run 104 kilos per hour for 5 or six hours from Denver to Grand Junction. So assum...

Haven't tried it because it in my humble opinion that would be much worse than cloth wrapped ducting. The steel would be an excellent conductor of heat. This would cool the heated air in it's travel to the front. If you were to insulate the flex exhaust pipe before you install it. That should make u...
