Re: Front Door Uppers - Mine don't match!
I ordered two of these fro SAV a few months ago. New old stock. Both were damaged. I initially thought the damage occurred during shipping. Sarah and SAV were very understanding and offered an exchange. However, upon their search, similar damage was found on many others and it was felt the damage wa...

Re: Small plugs around front doors
Dredging up this old post to see if anybody has found a good source for these plugs. No help here locally. I believe they are 8mm though some holes are 12mm in the body. I have found some similar appearing plugs online but only at UK sites, large quantities or high shipping. I believe they are calle...

From original 2010 thread by 4x4:
"Looks like there is enough interest in the center consoles so I am going to put some together in the next week. I will prime them and have them ready for you to paint. They are $50 plus shipping."

I would also be interested depending on material used and price point. Many photos are absent in the original thread so going from memory here.
Thanks for considering another run.

Re: using a two post lift
Thanks everyone. I just thought the side too weak to use as a lifting point. However the waxoyl is done after a long time on my back. Well worth it!

using a two post lift
First a couple of apologies. Not sure i am posting in the correct section and, even though I have searched, I have not really found a definitive answer yet. So please forgive and help. I am planning on spraying waxoyl underneath and it sure would be easier if I could get the pinz on a lift. Steam cl...

Re: 710K cabin sleeping setups?
So, for all of you guys that are considering the removal of shelves, shelf support bars and tables, I would be very interested in them. I have a 710k that I am bringing back to near original configuration and unfortunately it does not have these items. Thanks!

Techmogogy,
How did you anchor the L tracks? Was it bolted through before you attached the side panels or attach somehow afterwards?
Thanks!

Re: What not to Waxoyl?
Yes, I have purchased both types of waxoyl, the lighter one you describe, and the underbody product. It is my understanding this was used routinely on my Swiss vehicle when in service and is the substance that I get all over me when I work under it.

What not to Waxoyl?
I have completed a refinishing of the upper body, battery box, etc. of my 710K. Now I am getting ready to do a further clean up of the 710K under side and applying new Waxoyl before reinstalling the battery box and exhaust. Is there anything that I should not spray with Waxoyl?
Thanks!
Thanks!
