ALL kits in the Continental US have been shipped as of 1 week ago... Customers as far away as Alaska have received their kits already. All the updates and support for the RAT FI system have been going on at my forums, thats why not much mention has occurred here. Only one system remains to be shippe...

So has anyone got their kits from Jake yet?
As of today all but two kits have been shipped.. Those two were held for international shipping glitches.

Miracles can happen and I am VERY glad to have this behind us.

4 cylinder engines have less cycle time in the exhaust system to maintain the reqired heat to make O2 sensors work at their best and live their longest lives. Other engines with more cylinders have problems with sensors getting too hot and some of those pull the sensor partially from the exhaust wit...

Even if Jake does indeed fold his hand on this concept it seems that other camels still have noses in the tent. I am sure that more kits will follow. The interested party that wants to buy the design rights to my system will do good things with it I am sure, if that deal works out. I am sure that o...

I saw those mods that you did a while back but was unclear how far they protruded.

BTW- The draggus plenum only has 40% of it's volume thats actually usable, but I tested two more as well, another of which I built from scratch with the same hands that are typing this message :-)

Trust me, I generally loke 13-13.5:1 engines but what my data proved was this particular engine didn't like it, then again that could be my plenum which has about 35% more volume than the unit you are using. In a couple of years, when people have the system understood fully and perfectly tuned advan...

What components are you interested in seeing most? I might just go ahead and post it all, someone is bound to copy that damn work anyway. May as well give them an illustrated guide. want the inventory and part numbers too? (components being copied are a serious sore subject for guys like me, I'd exp...

I have asked that the component pictures stay on my private forums, where I have copyright control. There are lots of reasons for this, but primarily because I have a party that is seriously interested in purchasing the rights to the kit to offer in the future to the Pinz following.

Any exhaust leak will cause O2 sensors to do odd things. I have even had systems that had no audible exhaust leak pick up air and introduce it into the exhaust, causing tuning issues. I made the 02 sensor an optional item on my system, because it made zero impact on driveability and tune-ability in ...

The Christmas shipping hurdles impacted the fuel pumps and pressure regulatorsfrom getting to us on time before part of my crew left for the Holiday break. First off: I am busy trying to get our kits shipped out and therefore I don't have much time for any content here at the present. I will state now that I have a multitude of data from the same engine using 3 different ECUs, none of which made more than a 2% difference in engine output or BSFC when t...
