I've been thinking of something along that line myself. I made my roll cage an air tank,I was thinking 6 short hoses ,one for each wheel. just hook up to cage and monitor gage until pressure is down, filling would be the reverse. It really takes some time to do the down and up with 6 tires!

For years the only air cooled American engine I knew of was Briggs & Stratton ! I used to get $20 month to mow and water the neighbors lawn, and gas was 25 cents a gallon! Mark

On the 2 trucks I've had I found a slightly higher idle speed (appx 1100 rpm) cured the issue. This made for a better charge rate and I liked the manners in rough stuff. this may be a Band-aid but it works for me.

I would be inclined to suspect the ignition switch,I've had an issue in the past with crank and no start. I turned the key off and on a few times and all was good. The same proceedure works for a intermittent t-signal, just run the lever up and down a bunch of times. If you are old enough to remembe...

All I had was "T" in mine, I never gave it a thought as from my experience the heater does not draw a significant amount of fuel. When I first got my K, stories of this horrendous fuel eater in my cab concerned me.I believe the bigger issue is having enough battery power to MT the tank! TT...
