To answer my own questions... The case is isolated. Contact of ground will not hurt the unit. to test, disconnect white wire. Check voltage at white wire. It should be half of current 24v power. White wire had no voltage at all. There are 2 fuses inside the unit, 25a and 15. Each was blown. Replacem...

I pulled the pin for my wiper blade stow return. For some reason it would not stop when it was connected, ran constantly. Now its a matter of timing the off and it works fine.

All connections to the batteries. It is possible that the unit's case could have touched ground inside the battery box i guess. Wont that short it?

testing a SOLAR 24v to 12v equalizer

I'm suspicious of my SOLAR unit. My battery is dieing too often now from my 12v tap where the solar unit should be equalizing the load. Any idea how to test one of these?

Stop selling your Pinz so cheap!

I've watched for a year now as prices have come down. A decent 710m was going for 11k or so last year. Now people have them on line for less than 10. in some cases, 8500! Thats crazy! So much so that I will probably hold onto my 710 until the market pops back up a little. 712 are falling too. Prices...

Anyone ever ship a Pinz by train?

I'm still trying to get my 712 from lake Havasu Az to DC. I'm on my second shipping broker and at a price of $1250, but I cant seem to get a bite from any trucks. I was wondering if anyone has looked into shipping a vehicle by train? Are there any issues with it besides time in transit? Vandalism is...

Sounds like a cracked/worn plug wire to me. You can try swapping #1 with #2 and see if the problem swaps. I've also used a spray bottle in a dark garage. Spray the wires down and look for arcs. I may or may not recommend the compression check. Sometimes its best to not know your compression and thin...
