Bleed the system out whether it be brakes or lockers in the normal procedure and then do it again in a few days just to make sure you got it all(air/funk) out. Be careful blowing out the lines with compressed air since it can over-pressurize certain seals in the system. By all means turn up your com...

Dump the old fluid out and see what it looks like before you jump into changing parts around. Use a magnet in the old fluid just to get an idea and then go from there.

When I took apart a volvo(303) speedo...from what I could tell it was the same as the Pinzy ones which leads me to believe that the difference in the two is @ the other end of the cable where it goes into the drive assembly under the rig. Hope that helps?

I use a satin finish...not semi-gloss on mine and it seems to hold up MUCH better compared to any flat out there! You almost need some type of finish to make the paint hold up to the elements. That is where the "rub-down" comes into play. I'm not a carshow type of guy. I just want the pain...
