Does anyone know if this hard top is still being made and have any contact info for them? Offroad logic's website comes up null. I'm pleased with the performance of my Pinz, no interest in a diesel swap, but I love the hardtop!

Sounds like you have a bad ground in one or more of the lights, possibly a bad or corroded bulb. Do all of the lights come on when they do flash?

If the vehicle was stored outside, you might want to trace the wiring harness and see if its been eaten :-(. It's been a while ago, but someone posted a review of a company from the Detroit area that was updating and refurbishing air cooled Pinz's.
