I used 1/2" Dynaliner and it worked very well. I made cardboard templates to get the correct sizes for the pieces before applying it.

My apologies, I made an error. I have not used ducting for the smaller third port to the heat exchanger.

I used the 1 3/4" for that section when I replaced all of the ducting with SCEET a few years ago. It worked very well.

Paul, are those plugs the same size as the "stock" 710K plugs to the right of the table area?

I retrieved my drums after resurfacing today and all but one look great. One was found to be cracked so I have to order new anyway.

I may be sorry but all of my slave cylinders appear to be good and not leaking so I am not replacing them. I did not want to risk creating more problems trying to get the brake lines off. rubber hoses also appear good.

Thanks Ron! I knew somebody out west would chime in. I am going to see if they can be turned this morning. I have no way to know if it has already been done by a prior owner already but I doubt it. 57,000km on the vehicle.

Hi everybody! I have finally decided to tackle the brakes on my 710K; a long overdue job. I don't think the drums have been resurfaced before so my plan is to have them turned, knowing the max is 287mm +.2mm, if necessary. My question centers around the need for "oversized shoes". SAV sell...

In may limited experience, I would replace the cap and rotor. For a couple years I experienced the same thing, Truck was running on less than 4 cylinders but seemed to idle fine.
