Before anything else, have your radiator backflushed/rodded and check the water pump.

Geico insured my TGB-13, so I'd imagine your 11 shouldn't be a problem.

Ok, problem detected. Slow conditions are not an issue, however the fan has trouble keeping up with higher RPM's. This isn't a huge problem as of yet as I don't normally see those RPM's while driving (or not very often), save for one very steep hill near my house that I have to leave it in 3rd in or...

You shouldn't have too much trouble, there is a ton of space in the volvo cab.

Replied. (door looks great - I have a good window for it, and I have the lock off my current one, the door itself is rusted to hell and smashed.)

Also - Which door seals does he have? Mine are in pretty bad shape as well.
