Does anyone have a decent condition B30 sitting around as a paperweight? I am trying to source one for a project truck. Just needs to be rebuildable, no accessories etc needed. Just block and head pretty much.

Simple one wire for 24V available at any decent alternator shop. Less than $200 refurb and gets rid of the suspect external regulator. If the problem is the alternator then you can take it into most alt/starter shops and have it repaired. Or you can have a 24V one wire built in a day or so like I did so I wouldn't have to deal with it anymore.

Check out Tatanka parts for the SS brake lines. I usually get my own made but theirs are really a decent price.

I installed a Tatanka CV boot in my brothers truck several weeks ago. It was good quality and has been working well with several hundred miles on it now. They have Tatanka molded into the boot to identify it.

Depends on how you define knock off. Really it's more likely that truck light is buying these from an Asian source who is also selling them under a generic brand as well. The EBay units may be a bit lighter plastic etc, but I would bet they are molded in the same factory.
