Wondering what the price & availability would be to get a new speedometer and fuel gauge for a 710K. (OEM european style)

Wondering what the cost and availability would be acquire enough new weatherstripping/seal to re-do
all five doors on a 710K.
Is it something that I could get at a common auto parts store, or is it a special proprietary Pinzgauer seal?

I'm looking at at '76 Pinz that apparently has a bad converter. My question is this:

What can't a 12v accessory buss be set up by simply tapping off ONE of the two 12v batteries?

Thanks for the replies. I'm going to look at this '76 tomorrow. I've only seen pics so far, but it looks fairly nice.
I also plan to actually use it as a radio truck (HAM) part time. Maybe also part time as a camper/sleeper.
