Gunnar, we had 4 individuals not follow through with their kit purchases, which given the current state of the economy and the fact that it took me two years to complete the development and kits I feel thats exceptional. Instead of selling the remaining 4 kits we just changed the quantity to 16 syst...

Keep in mind that bearing material isn't magnetic... What ends up on the magnet is usually cam, lifter and cylinder material...

Cut the oil filter open carefully and inspect it's contents. The real story is told there.

Nope, I didn't need a convertor for the EFI system... The way it is wired does not require one.

I am not a fan of conversion devices and wanted to avoid them at all cost with the kit.. It has worked awesome for thousands of miles.

As of Tuesday all kits are paid for and the ECUs are being programmed and being shipped from Canada beginning next week in batches of four units at a time, TO US. We'll then label the harnesses and finish terminating the connectors for easy connection to the Pinz. The waterjet cutter is finishing up...

The SDS based system uses 3 magnets, easily drilled into the crank pulley, two for trigger and one for sync... Batch fire has proven to give us the best driveability and coolest running temps in most every application I have compared them with. When using systems like Motec, or Autronic that have ba...

I ran the hyfire from just one battery and netted 12V to it, no worries... I ended up using the direct fire arrangement because it was actually cheaper and easier than a dizzy.. Gains in ignition didn't get me much... With the CR of the Pinz advance settings proved to be more beneficial than the ign...

I had good luck with a modified Mallory Unilite and Hyfire CD system.. It was hard to set up and I had planned on selling them/ using them as part of the FI kit... I could not find an adequate number of the 24V modules to make them work, as the downfall.. Thats why I went direct fire with the FI kit...

My MPG increased incredibly when I added the taller, 34" tires... On top of that I saw increases when I swapped to synthetic gear oil and when playing with different ignition advances. I was able to get almost 18 MPG with carbs and only 2-3 more when I swapped to EFI and got it dialed in.. when...

Some engine oils are not compliant with certain forms of rubber... I used the SAV units on my Pinz and it doesn't leak a drop, but I did coat them with a bit of grease on both sides at the time of install.. Over torquing is a common mistake amde.. A little loose is much better than too tight, especi...

Yes, we are still looking good for the August delivery, but it won't be the first of August as we had hoped.. More toward the end of the month as I have had a hard time sourcing the necessary hardware. Below is the link from my online store that we'll be using to handle the sales of the Pinz FI kits...
