I am about to place an order for the polyurethane cv boots from fmv4x4.com. $88 each plus $59 shipping to US.

Are the other poly items they sell: diff brake diaphragm, and the shift boot also common parts to tear ? I am considering ordering them now to save on hassle and shipping in the future.

does anybody have any feedback on the Flying Spanners high speed gears ? They've been offering the 5.99's for awhile, but have come out with a 5.1. Right now I have a completely stock C303.

Can anybody provide any updates on progress sourcing an appropriate new power steering system? Or can we hear from any of the guys who have successfully added a power steering system borrowed from another vehicle ?

off the shelf inline electric fuel pump - suggestions needed. Does anybody have a recommendation for an aftermarket fuel pump ? The Carter inline pump dies about 2 months ago, and I replaced it with a Mr Gasket pump. The piece of garbage died already. Or at least help with how many GPH, and head lif...

Dad's friend is a furniture maker & has some appropriate red oak &white oak pieces ready to shape. Where did you have yours milled ?

The PO removed the rub rails on my C303, and did body work over the bolt holes. He used a piece of thin wooden lath to replace the one on the rear tub. My dad has a friend who makes furniture, and is going to try to make some out of white oak. I know the guys who have replaced these tend to go a bit...

Has anybody ever installed these ? Looks like a decent system to run 12 & 24V accessories.

Can anybody tell me where to get a replacement shaft for the wiper motor ?

I have stumped 3 auto parts stores & 2 rebuilders. The guys at the Volvo truck parts dealer said they could help if I had the part #.
