Re: Searching for C303 DOM

They should all be dated 1975 I believe. Actual build date is anyone's guess. You might see about getting initial registration from another state first.

Re: Part I, the import.

Horizon auto shipping is effective but not the best if you are impatient and unfamiliar with importing. Also picking your point of entry is critical. I have had two C303's roll through Horizon in the last 6 months with nothing more than minor shipping delays. The second one had the ignition left on ...

Re: Backfired and Died

Im running a Pertronix and upgraded coil. Plug recommendations? Have a great week. MJ hope you got your issues fixed. Base timing is 10...

Re: Backfired and Died

Did you look in the cap? Check points? I'd put a timing light on it and see where that is which will help narrow things down to dist. or cam/timing issues. Hard to put a timing light on an engine that does not run. Static timing the dist is very easy on the Volvo though. Set static to 10*. I would ...

Where are you? The neighborhood reminds me of Dallas, TX in the winter, though I guess you are a world apart from there.

I am right smack dab in the middle of Dallas. Just off white rock lake.

It's funny how small and big the 303 is.

I have known Bill for a very long time. He is a spectacular instructor and has huge amounts of experience offroad. You should feel very confident with him. I would wager he has more hrs offorading than almost anyone in the modern world. He has been called on for military offroad training as well. Gr...

Napa carries stainless flex pipes in stock here in NM. They were very fairly priced as well. The exhaust shops here said they were special order and would take a couple weeks. So I picked up two from napa an did all my own exhaust. New pipes and muffler, turned out far better than what most exhaust ...

I come with facts you come with more BS. If you want to post on this or any forum, you should be prepared to answer for your posts. Oh and calm down, if I did I might be dead. You seem to be the one who has a little steam under the collar because I strongly disagree with you and have proof to back m...

Agreed Erik, but I wanted to show vehcles that had either been actually sold or that have had offers made in excess of Dennis' proposed values. I of course understand that what I posted is not 100% simply because some Ebay deals can fall through.

Again, I will ask you:

SHOW ME YOUR EVIDENCE OUTSIDE YOUR LIQUIDATION LOT THAT THE 712 AND EVEN THE 710 IS CURRENTLY VALUED IN YOUR PROPOSED RANGE.

You never cease to amaze me Dennis. Life might be boring without people like you.

Salesman you are not sir.
