Thanks all it did eventually release after fiddling with it. I'll try engaging and disengaging it over time and see if it gets happier

The front axle button on my truck (just got it yesterday) is stuck IN. Is this expected or is there a trick to disengaging ?

AppleTech, As you noted, doing a 24vdc to 12vdc can be a major undertaking trying to source 12volt C303 parts. Unfortunately switching from 24 to 12v requires rewiring the truck and replacing every electrical item. The C303 civilian versions came with 12v wiring and relays.

Yes that's exactly what I'm thinking. In this setup that we're discussing, are the grounds shared or does the 12v need to have home run grounds to the devices?
