Hou could make your 2.5 TDI work with a mechanicle fuelpump, they cal it a M-tdi. I have a 2.5 in my 716 p80 with a pump Like That.....works perfect

Yep its all the leftovers they sell so you never know what you are going to get . Mostly your in at least 5000 Euro's to get them driving Again . Brokken diffs, gearboxes ,transfercases....and so on are no exceptions with these pinzgauers.

Correction...just checked mine, should be 31 on the wheelfange

Yes they should be a number on your whleelflange...think if its a 32 you have the 75km/u gearing

I think you need to do a littel bit more than that , getting a higher compression would help or just wait until the wind turns so jou have it in the back

What gearing do you have as there are different ones on the portals.

I just use 85w140 in my diffs and transfer case, dous reduce the sound a bit but you will never get completley still. There are just to manny turning parts and vibrations in the pinz drive train.

Ugly

Left cyl on TDC gives the mark on the double v pully standing against the mark on the coolerfan housing. Open the distributor and the finger should point about 6 a 7 mm before the mark on the distributor ( mark on top ) .

Well in Zweden they put 6 cyl BMW TD engines in the 303....the ones from the 5 series.

Hmm....front +rear diff....hi/lo transfer case...doors , Windows , engine? ....yup easy 1000 € in parts.
