I was going to install the flex pipes today on the pinz and the first stud i tried to loosen at the header snapped right off. Needless to say, i do not want to continue.
1) do you use penetrating oil or heat to loosen?
2) how difficult is it to replace the stud?

Re: busted first exhaust stud
Is there some shaft left on the stud to get a pair of Vise grips onto?
If so I think where your heading would good, best penetrating oil you
can get, let it soak for several hours and repeat. If this is broken off
flush that would be a nightmare.
